This privacy statement is effective as of January 1, 2023. Please note that this privacy policy will regularly be updated to reflect any changes in the way we handle your personal data or any changes in applicable laws.

What data do we collect? 

We collect any data on forms that you explicitly complete and submit to us.  This can include name, work email addresses, phone numbers, job title, place of business and any information you provide in a free form comments section.   

If you browse our website or social media sites, data relating to your interaction with our sites, such as location (e.g., IP address), cookie related information, usage (e.g., mouse clicks, page visits, feature usage, view time, downloads) may be collected.  On social media sites, social media profile data may be collected. 


What data do we share with others? 

Data that we collect may be shared with authorized EtiVenture vendors, advisors and contractors providing services on our behalf to operate our business, sites, products and services. 


What do we do with your data that is collected and shared to us? 

Data that is collected may be used for marketing purposes, contact requests and general analytics about web traffic, fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, maintaining and servicing accounts and advertising. 


Do we include links to websites and programs of third parties? 

Our websites include links to and from the sites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. 

They may also link to certain programs and applications of third parties. Where this is the case, third parties may process your personal data collected through such programs for their own purposes.  


How do we handle ‘Sensitive Data’? 

We do not generally seek to collect sensitive data as defined below through this site or otherwise. In the limited cases where we do seek to collect such data, we will do this in accordance with data privacy law requirements and/or ask for your consent. 

We also do not seek to collect any financial information through our sites. 

The term "sensitive data" refers to the various categories of personal data identified by data privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including in some circumstances the need to obtain explicit consent from you. How long do we retain your collected data? 

We will retain collected data only for as long as necessary. We maintain specific retention policies and procedures, so that collected data is deleted after a reasonable time according to the following retention criteria: 

  • We retain your data as long as we have an ongoing client relationship with you. 

  • We will only keep the data while your account is active or for as long as needed to provide services to you. 

  • We retain your data for as long as needed in order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
